All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

We currently ship within the state of Ohio only. Orders placed for delivery outside of Ohio will not be fulfilled.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that occur once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not guarantee product condition upon arrival, especially during warm weather or extended transit times.
